RE: “Editorial: What constitutes distracted driving?

This is a very paranoid editorial. While the law is open to just about anything being “distracted driving,” people need to keep in mind that a police officer needs a reason to pull you over. Are you driving like a mad person while you argue with your passenger? This is distracted driving.

I can assure you that nobody is going to get pulled over simply for screeching along to their favorite Rush song in their car, so long as they are driving reasonably while they’re at it. The law’s not going to stop me!
