RE: Question 5 would create system to distribute medical marijuana
While this law is certainly not perfect — and what law is? — I agree that this is a good starting point. It seems well-designed to stay within reasonable boundaries and errs on the side of caution in many ways.
Once enacted, the legislature is free to tweak it as needed. I certainly plan on voting yes for this one.
