Another interesting, well written article. Perhaps, though, you should acknowledge that the majority of the founding fathers of the most prosperous nation on earth embraced a Christian world view and it’s mores, as have the rank and file of Americans over most of it’s history.

And of those nations that once possesed it and later traded it in for a “more relevant” model? The list includes, but is not limited to: England, Germany, Spain, and the Soviet Union. Once great nations, now glorious has beens.

Unfortunately, the United States is presently marching down the same path. Indeed, if you lined up “American morality” against “Christian morality” you would find that we have strayed very far, very fast.

And in our hypocricy we pray, God bless America. Not likely. Continued judgements? Likely.
