That's funny, I would LOVE to see any evidence of this, especially considering that approximately 230 other colleges and universities are tobacco-free in the US and about another 150 more are smoke-free. This includes other large state schools like the University of Florida, the University of Arkansas, and the University of Kentucky. As well, according to numerous studies and statements from the CDC, there is no risk-free level of contact with secondhand smoke; even brief exposure can be harmful to health. Just because you Sash are not effected, does not mean this is the case for everyone. Oh and alcohol is also a legal product, but you can't use that on campus or anywhere that you want.
