The biggest football game the University of Maine has played in nearly a decade is upon us.
The team is in Statesboro, Ga. for an FCS Quarterfinal game against No. 3 Georgia Southern University. Sports Editor Jesse Scardina isn’t there, but he is watching diligently from his Old Town home. His updates, via Twitter, are below.
