Horoscopes: 2/17 to 2/23

Aries: March 21 to April 19

The Ram, Ruled by Mars

Hello, Aries. As mentioned before, Aries is the start of the zodiac wheel. Pisces is the end. Feb. 19 is the beginning of Pisces on the wheel, the ending. Importantly, Pisces is the dreamer and Aries is the igniter. This week, as we begin Pisces, prepare and allow yourself to begin the process of dreaming up something new for you to ignite. You are next in line and before it’s your turn, we have the grand opportunity to dream before beginning. This is part of the  process of manifestation and it begins now. This week, it will be great to create a vision board or collage of your dreams. Your dreams are supported.

Taurus: April 20 to May 20

The Bull, Ruled by Venus

Taurus, what’s up! I hope you are well. Taurus is the bull and often does not like change. As we all know, the last few years (and upcoming years) have been and will be full of change. Taurus, I know change can be tough but I want to offer some positive insight that I believe the planets are orchestrating change that in years to come will benefit us. Taurus is ruled by Venus, who loves a life of abundance. Use this time to reevaluate your life and what you love and don’t. This week, create a list of things that are non-negotiable in your life. Use that list as a path that will guide your desires. If something is not for you, it is time to drop it. Use this week to really get to know what is important to you and what is not.

Gemini: May 21 to June 20

The Twins, Ruled by Mercury

Hi, chitty chatty Gemini. This week you mind yourself rambling on and on and on. Gemini already can talk in circles and never really get to the point. This week you may notice yourself doing just that. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but it is rather time consuming. Use this week to write poetry, speak, sing or daydream in positive ways. You can use this to your advantage to manifest your dreams. Believe, and it will happen.

Cancer: June 21 to July 21

The Crab, Ruled by The Moon

Oh, Cancer, have I got news for you. Have you felt oddly reactionary, irrational or stuck in your actions? Transiting Mars has been retrograde in the sign of Cancer for some time now. Mars rules action and our masculine side. Being retrograde in your sign may have caused you to want to fight, cry and nap all at the same time. Good news – Mars goes direct on Sun, Feb. 23 , meaning Mars will start to feel more comfortable again. You may feel like yourself again. Mars’ intention is for you to heal any wounds. If there has been a wound or recurring wound that continues to pop up, now is the time and season to work on it. This week, you may notice a shift that leads you towards new beginnings.

Leo: July 23 to Aug. 22

The Lion, Ruled by The Sun

Hi, lion Leo! How have you been? This week, I encourage you to put forth action that benefits your health, physically, mentally and spiritually. This week, work towards creating a daily action plan that leads towards weekly and monthly results. This outlet of exercise that focuses on bodily movement will benefit you years down the road. Start now as the planets are in alignment and will support you long term. You won’t regret it!

Virgo: Aug. 23 to Sept. 22

The Maiden, Ruled by Mercury

Hi, Virgo. How do you do? This week, you may be able to communicate something that has been hard for you. If there is a struggle in your life that you want to communicate but do not have the words to articulate, the words may come easily for you this week. As I often say, Virgo does well with routine and organization. I want to ask you to allow yourself to veer off from your normal routine and allow yourself to try new things. You will be supported by the Universe.

Libra: Sept. 23 to Oct. 22

The Scales, Ruled by Venus

Hi, Libra friend! This week, I encourage you to enter the world of art and play. What does art and play mean to you? Can you do something this week related to art and play that you have never done before? Like messy paint with no plan? Or paint your body? Can you play outside in the snow? You will be supported this week if you take a mental break from the world and immerse yourself into play.

Scorpio: Oct. 23 to Nov. 21

The Scorpion, Ruled by Pluto and Mars

Hello, my scorpion friend! Scorpio, just like Cancer, I have good news for you. I suggest reading Cancer’s horoscope for more insight. Scorpio, you are ruled by both Pluto and Mars. Transiting Mars has been retrograde which may have affected you. If you have felt utterly emotional and stuck in your thoughts, this week may offer a much needed break as Mars goes direct on Sunday and is no longer in retrograde. A retrograded Mars may bring up issues in our relationships and emotional body. Moving forward, you may now start to have traction in your life again. This is a positive aspect. I know you feel deeply and often need your own time and space away from others to process emotions. Trust when you need alone time and trust when it’s time for sunshine. Both are needed for a healthy Scorpio.

Sagittarius: Nov. 22 to Dec. 21

The Centaur, Ruled by Jupiter

Hi, Sag! This week you may have a fateful encounter. Fate and destiny may be interchangeable. This week follow your eclectic intuition and allow it to lead you and you may be surprised. If you feel called to wear a feather boa on a random Tuesday to class, go for it! That pop of wildness may encourage a stranger to go outside their comfort zone. You are known to be fearless, Sag. Don’t hide who you truly are. Be brave this week and your bravery will be supported.

Capricorn: Dec. 22 to Jan. 19

The Sea Goat, Ruled by Saturn

Hi, friend! I sincerely hope you are well and living in joy. Let’s chat real quick about why you are the “goat” and what that means. In 2016 I thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail. When hiking Mount Katahdin, I was resting and eating a snack about halfway up the mountain. Soon, a family of four came hiking down and they seemed restless. They said to me and my friend “Don’t hike any further up! Only a mountain goat would keep going!” Goats are known for completing hard tasks that seem impossible for the average person. As a Capricorn you can do hard things, even when it’s scary. You truly have the skills. When life feels hard, or challenging, call on the Capricorn spirit to push through. This week you may start to feel the shift of endings and new beginnings that will occur this year. Trust the process and trust the Capricorn energy to get you through anything and everything. Find a little goat stuffed animal or trinket to remind you that goats accomplish the impossible.

Aquarius: Jan. 20 to Feb. 18

The Water Bearer, Ruled by Uranus and Saturn

Hi, Aquarius. How are you feeling? Aquarius, do you know what the “Water Bearer” is? The Water Bearer is seen to be pouring a vase of water onto others, with the intention of filling up their cup. In tarot, the water bearer may also represent the star card. As a water bearer you are an air sign. However, water is a life resource meaning as an Aquarius you want to help people and fill up their cup and give them life. All of this to say that this week in particular, you may start asking yourself “How can I help the world? What is my place in the community? How can I be of service?” I would not be surprised if you start to shift your life towards helping others. Follow this intuitive feeling if  it arises for you. Plan now because you may have the opportunity to be of service as early as March. This shift will last a lifetime.

Pisces: Feb. 19 to March 20

The Two Fish, Ruled by Neptune

Welcome to your season, Pisces! You have entered the chat and we are happy to have you here. Maybe this week you start celebrating your birthday early, because why not? You are great at dreaming up possibilities for you and others. We know you see the good in everyone. How do you want to celebrate yourself? This week, use your dreamy thoughts and create a vision board for not only your birthday but your next year of life. This week also may be a portal for dreamy communication. If you are an artist, this week may bring successful creations.
