Kathleen Sebelius is the 21st and current Secretary of Health and Human Services. She was appointed by President <a href="http://wiki.mainecampus.com/index.php?title=Barack_Obama" title="Barack Obama">Barack Obama</a>. Before being appointed as the secretary of HHS, Sebelius served as governor of Kansas. Sebelius visited UMaine on Sept. 3, 2009, to take part in a forum on health care reform sponsored by the Service Employees International Union.
