Officers responded to reports of someone yelling and screaming on College Ave. When they arrived, no one was present.

4:30 a.m. UMPD and UVAC responded to Androscoggin Hall where there was a student who had consumed excessive alcohol. The student was transported to EMMC.

11:50 p.m. Officers responded to Cumberland Hall for reports of an intoxicated student. The student’s friends had called and the student was evaluated on the scene by EMS but refused transport to the hospital.

12:50 a.m. UMPD responded again to Cumberland Hall for reports about the same student from the previous report who was causing a disturbance. The student was referred to conduct.

7:10 a.m. UMPD responded to a report of criminal mischief in Androscoggin Hall. Exit signs and motion sensors had been broken off the walls.

3:21 p.m. UMPD and UVAC responded to reports of an elderly man feeling ill at the Collins Center for the Arts. He was checked by EMS at the scene and did not receive transport.

UMPD and OFD responded to Knox Hall for reports of smoke caused by someone cooking on the first floor.

 

4/11

UMPD and OFD investigated the smell of smoke reported at Penobscot Hall. Further investigation revealed a resident had been burning incense.
